Welcome to Kids Meditate/ Resilient Preschoolers

We have met over 20 thousand Kids since 2005. We have worked with countless and hardworking teachers. We have championed thousands of parents who question 'am i getting this right? Yes, you are x0.

We were founded in Inner City Dublin in 2005 when in sheer desperation to get kids into classrooms, we stopped praying and started meditating. And we got an audience. We taught parents to stop the parent guilt, We got Kids labeling their feelings, We got teachers calmer, We just got it. We found an 'aha' moment that simple breathing techniques, combined with gratitude BUILT resilience. We saw results in academic performance, self esteem, positive growth mindsets. We saw less illness and less anxiety.

We moved Kids Meditate to Melbourne and have worked with thousands of amazing humans plus one therapy dog across hundreds of primary schools, pre-schools and childcare services. We have entered over 2500 inboxes teaching online resilience programs in 2 minutes or less, because we love powerful simplicity.

In 2019, Resilient Preschoolers becomes our focus, because, we have seen an increasing need for resilience to be introduced to kids at this age level, as they are not immune from the mental health crisis sweeping throughout Australia, affecting 1-7 kids. My Kids, your Kids, OUR KIDS.

“Four year olds can meditate. What a phenomenal program, there is nothing quite like this.
— Miss Garvey - Kindergarten teacher, 4 year old program
This program is so powerful, all of the students were so engaged.
— Mrs Gould - Gr 1/2 teacher
I have ADHD and find it hard to sit still. This helped me find my still.
— Jackson- student Gr 5
Did you know that most people only have one positive thought for every seven negative thoughts? Mindfulness expert Kelly Mandemaker informed us during Tuesday evening’s information session, that this figure should be more like 1:3. Negative self-talk contributes to mental health issues and at times, the manner in which we communicate with our children impacts on their ability to think positively. This Program has been phenomenal for students, teachers and parents in our community
— Mrs Nash - Assistant Principal
